Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables include: audit reports (PDF and interactive), strategy documents, monthly SEO reports, content pieces, and technical implementation recommendations.

2. Delivery Timelines

SEO Audit: 14 business days from project kickoff. Monthly retainer deliverables: ongoing, with monthly reports within 5 business days of month-end. Platform migration SEO: timeline agreed per project scope, typically 4-8 weeks.

3. Delivery Method

Reports delivered via email and shared Google Drive folder. Technical recommendations provided in prioritised spreadsheet format. Content delivered in Google Docs. Access credentials and handoff materials provided securely.

4. Acceptance

Deliverables are considered accepted if no objection is raised within 7 business days of delivery.
